I love Disneyland! Let me make that clear right now. I love Walt’s vision for the park, his team of Imagineers that created the park, the way the park makes you feel just by being there. I love everything about Disneyland! Which is why the recent ABC special was so disappointing…
I know for some at Salt Lake City Comic Con, Floyd Norman was not as big of a draw as Jenna-Louise Coleman or Anthony Daniels. But this Disney animator’s panel on the 9 Old Men was utterly fascinating for a Disney freak like me!
It’s hard to believe that, as of today, it’s been gone for 30 years! Disneyland’s Adventure Thru Inner Space was a very popular ride in Tomorrowland that was replaced by an even more popular ride… Do you know what that is?
It was today (August 11) in 1941 that Walt and Lillian Disney and a few Disney artists took off on a trip that would lead to two of the most often forgotten about Disney animated features: Saludos Amigos and The Three Caballeros.
This is not the first time I’ve had issues with Disney movies. Nor Frozen. Nor Frozen’s music (learn more here!). But, with Frozen 2 in the works, I’m really hoping they step it up a notch. Sequels already have a tough road ahead of them without having lame songs too.
This is it! This very evening, Wifey, Geek Spawn, The Nerdling and I are loading up the family truckster, cranking up Holiday Road, and driving through the night on our way to Los Angeles! The anticipation is killing me!!!
